The Seven Principles Workshop

The Seven Principles Workshop is for couples at any stage that desire to deepen connection, improve problem-solving skills and increase overall relationship satisfaction. 

You and your partner will learn skills from the New York Times bestselling author and internationally acclaimed researcher, Dr. John Gottman. The training is based on his book, The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, which boasts proven methods to improve relationships. 

What you will learn

This 6 hour workshop features proven tools to assist couples:

  • Create or improve friendship, fondness, and admiration

  • Enhance romance and intimacy

  • Manage conflict effectively

  • Master skills to address perpetual and solvable problems

  • Create shared meaning for the future

Who should attend

  • Couples at any stage or age

  • Premarital

  • New parents

  • Couples hoping to increase conflict management skills

*This course is not intended for couples currently engaging in physical violence or active substance abuse.

This is not a substitute for clinical mental health care, this is separate from my clinical practice.  

However, I am happy to provide referrals, please reach out.

What to expect:

Classes are kept to a maximum of 5 couples per course
Participation throughout the program is voluntary and couples are not direct to share personal details with the group. 

6-hour course 9:00 am-3:30 pm Saturday (TBD)
-Breaks as needed with a half hour lunch. Lunch will be provided. 

You will receive your copy of the couples toolkit (provided)
-A copy of The Seven Principles of Making Marriage Work 
-Two couples workbooks 
full of guides, activities, and examples to follow along
-One love map card deck


When registering a $120.00 non-refundable deposit is required per couple
